I was supposed to be doing a long ride today, however, I had some serious front brake issues. No one wants to descend a 14er without brakes. I had to call it off.
Training
4p- EASY open water swim 750m
Total days training 15minutes.
Nutrition (No training should equal reduced calories)
Noon- 1 cup applesauce
3p- half box Annie's organic mac & cheese w/ 1 can of tuna and 2 cups spinach
7p- Turkey burger, blueberries/strawberries, a few carrots and crackers at a TdF party (Thanks Tamara!!)
Weeks Training Totals
Swim- 43 minutes
Bike- 1:07
Run- 57 minutes
Strength- 0 (This won't happen again.... trust me!)
Yoga/Recovery- 1 hour
Total time spent training/racing..... 3 Hours, 47 minutes.
