Friday-Swim masters 2,600m 45 minutes, Yoga- 60 minutes
Saturday- Easy swim 30 minutes (mainly drill) Yoga- 60 minutes
Sunday- Bike 2hrs/Run-60 minutes. Yoga - 60 minutes
